I'm a technical Scrum Master with a software and DevOps background who cares more about measurable outcomes than ceremonies. Over the past nine years I've worked in software development and delivery, and in the last three and a half years I've focused on leading agile teams, improving flow and removing blockers so they can ship reliably.
During my Scrum Master engagement at Ericsson (2020-2021) I helped a cross-functional team increase sprint velocity by around 40%, speed up delivery by 30% and cut production bugs by 50%. My engineering experience in C++, CI/CD and DevOps tooling means I can dive into technical discussions, understand constraints and help teams make practical decisions instead of staying at a buzzword level.
I hold a BSc in Systems Science from the University of Gothenburg and have worked in large-scale environments where stability, predictability and clear communication matter. I'm comfortable coaching developers, partnering with Product Owners and using data (cycle time, throughput, defects) to guide improvements.
Living in China and studying Chinese at Sichuan University for over two years has strengthened my communication skills, adaptability and patience. Working and studying in a different culture has made me good at listening first, adjusting quickly and keeping a calm, steady presence even when things change fast.
Outside of my main roles I founded Pamoja Imports, where I designed and built the website and the underlying processes that connect African SMEs with Chinese suppliers. That work has sharpened my product thinking, process design and ability to coordinate remote collaboration across time zones.
I'm currently open to remote opportunities within EMEA, both as a technical Scrum Master and in software-focused roles where my engineering background and delivery experience can contribute directly to building stable, scalable systems.
